This is very Paul Barber.

“I have a chart,” Barber says. “It covers all the heads of department and all the senior roles in the club which I would call ‘mission critical’. It’s like a traffic light system. If I have green on my chart I am in a good place. If I have a combination of green and amber I am not in a bad place but if I have too much red I am in a really, really bad place. The biggest thing for me, the one thing Roberto has to learn is when to take risks. We shouldn’t be losing to AEK at 2-2
