Agree entirely, it seems to be the stand generating the atmosphere lately..mind you I couldn't handle sitting next to someone with one of those bloody hooters.
J Block had it's moments but yet again the "Steward" issue had to surface..FFS they are told what to do and they have to do it..get over it!

Fair play to the club right now, it might sound like you're watching We Are The Champions (one for the kids there) or an England schoolboy international at times, but when it comes down to it, these young children on cheap tickets through their schools or clubs are the ones who are going to be pestering their parents to keep on coming in future.

Especially if (1) we keep winning and (2) the club keep well stocked with horns, flags and scarves

They were brilliant. The horns would drive me nuts if they were right next to me, but it's great to have some noise.

For those that were moaning about them, there wasn't the usual silence and gloom around the ground when we went a goal down. The kids didn't care - they just blew the horns even harder.

That's such a boost - just what we need at Withdean :clap2: :clap2:

Agree completely, I noticed that too. They kept making a racket, and if anything were even noisier after Forest scored. Good on 'em.

Bless them, for their innocent enthusiasm, so completely unaware of the years of Albion-related depression ahead of them

Took my 6 year old son in the Family Stand &, I have to say, it was a much more refreshing experience than my old Block D seat.

I don't understand those moaning about the hooters. One minute people are whinging on about low attendances, the next that the "future" supporters are lacking & something should be done to entice kids, then when they come in droves people moan about them enjoying themselves!!

Thought the kids & parents / guardians were great today in keeping a constant racket going & getting behind the team. Sounded more like a Grand Prix stand but, hey, more power to them!!

i can't understand people moaning about a few kids making noise

its a football match

people are SUPPOSED to make noise no?

make the kids feel like they're not welcome and they'll go somewhere else, ie to another club

I think the comment came from the North Stand where someone was told not to use a horn.

As someone pointed out, it almost sounded like the Play-off final when entering the ground, which was kind of weird...
