I may be wrong but doesn't a dear little old lady live there? Usually on match day I believe it covered in flags and scarfs. Hope she still lives there.

How bleedin old is that photo, there has been a smart new seagulls badge painted over the front door for the past year at least, I want to say two years actually.

She lives literally round the corner from me, when we are sat in the back garden, we can see most of her back wall which is also the same blue as the front.

No.238 Dyke Road, at the corner of Wincombe Road, has a plaster decoration of the Southern League Championship Shield in its western gable, and a replica of the F.A. Charity Shield in its southern gable, both painted in blue and white. The house was built in about 1910 for Noah Clark, a director of Brighton and Hove Albion F.C. which won both trophies in that year.
