The £49 offer seems very inexpensive... will look for some reviews/comments about quality... it might be worth a go.

Have you thought about making one or getting someone to make one? I say this because whilst it may be more involved than a cushion cover, I have seen old shirts turned into cushion covers - ideal for example when kids outgrow old kits.
