Some games don't get much bigger & this no doubt is the biggest of them all (so far this season). Middlesbrough (now top) meeting BHA (second on goal difference), for the lunchtime kickoff at The Amex.
If the Seagulls wish to rise to the top of the table, we will have to do something that we have failed in 4 attempts at The Amex - actually beat Boro at home! Our record against them is dire, with only 9 wins, 12 draws & 23 defeats. Indeed it is so bad that we have lost the last 3 meetings at The Amex & the complete wipeout has only been alleviated with a 1-1 draw in our first season at The Amex. In fact our home record is so terrible, you have to go back 8 games at home to find a win in 1990.
Hopefully, the seagulls are made of sterner stuff this season & will keep our winning/draw run going. It's going to be the hard way, if we win as Borough haven't conceded a league goal in 5 matches
