Tht is the whole point that is what has cost us having Rosenior as cover for Bong,we lost him in defensive midfield so had to use Calderon who was not good enough so brought in Ridgewell for a few weeks. If we had had an adequate left back cover, not Chicksen and used LR in his best positions on the right as either 1st choice or cover we would still be top of the league. People will realize what I am saying is perfectly true, CH one big mistake but now lets rectify that and make sure it doesnt happen again in April.

Sigh....................this argument would be valid, but for the one fatal flaw. When LR switched to LB, we just kept steam-rollering on without a hitch, invinvible as before. We had specialist wingers/wide men to cover those roles, and LR was an excellent LB. It was only when we lost LR and March that we ran out of steam, nothing to do with LR not playing at RM.
I Liam was fit now, he would be playing LB - he would not be keeping Knockaert out of the team playing right midfield!

You never learn do you. You keep claiming it was a mistake but you've no idea how hard we tried and what options were available. People keep saying this to you and you ignore them and saying this complete rubbish about Hughton's mistake when you have no idea what happened.

I do not agree as I thought LR was ok defensively but offered nothing going forward to help Murphy and the strikers, being naturally right footed all the balls to Murphy went inside the full back rather than down the line to give him chance to go past the full back. The same happened to a lesser extent with Calderon. Hence our lack of goals through lack of service to the front men.

We don't need a left back this window as Bong will be back for when Ridgewell leaves, and Rosenior hopefully back for Leeds.

If the worst comes to the absolute worst, the loan window will be open.

Exactly, you have no idea. You've guessed based on your own biased view on what we should have done. I'm sure there were left backs available but were they good enough for us or available at the right price? We tried to cover Rosenior's loss in midfield by signing Van La Parra, as he was available. It didn't work out because Rosenior was injured immediately and then March soon after. You can't plan for things like that when you have limited budget. But that won't stop you boring people by going on and on with the same rubbish about Hughton making a mistake, like you've already done for months.

I hope you are not classing me as a bed wetter simply because I have an opinion and believe that it was the 1 mistake that CH made. Other than that I am 100 % convinced we will push for automatics.
