This is not Nick Rhodes but a friend if his. I used 3 letting agents in Hove about 4 years ago fox and sons and king and chasemore both made basic mistakes on my contract and both took much longer than I expected to deal with a couple of minor issues. Not a great experience
I'm a landlord and I used to use a letting agent in Kemp Town. The most unethical gentleman that I've ever come into contact with. He didn't even bother to credit check the tenants and I got squatters in my flat. It was only later that I found out that his previous career was as a grocer. Still, I suppose he was able to make the squatters a nice cup of tea whilst he failed to collect the rent.
