Palace v Derby. Surely given Palace had a hard 120 mins only 48 hours ago Derby look a great bet at 9/4 with Ladbrookes for an away win. Furthermore although I didn't go to Derby they played well by all accounts. Anyone else have a view on this.

Five defeats on the trot for derby. Three strikers out injured. Whilst palace might be tired not all of them played the full 120 minutes (murray only played 45) and we managed to draw against Leeds two days after a similar (albeit shorter) game against Liverpool. I'd need more than 9/4 to be tempted.

9/4 seems like a fair price rather than bet of the day.

I'm not lumping on though - it would only guarantee a Palace victory. Let's not spoil it. Afterall, how many league minutes is it now without a goal for the Croydon Nigels?

0-0 all over it. Derby haven't won on sky for ages, currently struggling for fit strikers

Surely the best option would be to use the exchanges and Lay palace

Fair call and yes maybe not bet of the day but I for one have a sneaky feeling about an away win. Think I maybe the only one on NSC who thinks this thou.

Said the very same thing before we'd even reached the car a few minutes walk from Pride Park on Tuesday night.

That Palace have progressed and had to play an extra 30 minutes only reinforces for me the value in getting involved with Derby tonight.

Anyone that was there could see that Derby could score a couple on another night.
