If you want to be completely risk free to guarantee a profit without risking breaking the rules, stake £50 on the favourite with bet365. Then back the other team with another bookie. Depending on the odds, normally stake about £25. Finally back the draw in play as soon as the games starts. This will be the £50 risk free stake

I can't believe they'd gub anyone over this strategy though. If a goal goes in early, I will often bet something else anyway. Even if it doesn't, just wait until late on to cover the 0-0. It's hardly unreasonable of the punter to cover a £50 loss IMO.

I guess if you were doing the same thing every time they might pull you up for it. The terms and conditions say something about guaranteeing a profit but difficult to prove as you need to stake in play. I just cover off with another bookie as I don't want to risk the account being closed, as I turnover over about £500 most weeks

With the bet 365 offer I normally just take the guarantee as below. I have long since exhausted all of the sign up offers that I think are worth it. I generally make a lot of bets for quite a small return, so the £500 a week turn over normally gives me a £3-£5k profit a year. Sadly a I had very bad year some time ago so I'll need to keep making this type of profit for a very long time to recover my losses!

Re your mate, i was making a lot of money before getting greedy so don't get carried away.To make £500 a week over a sustained period means he has been very lucky or has a huge bankroll. I suspect he has been lucky and that won't last long!
