Banned! I've just received the 'banned from all offers' email. This is despite following all the terms and conditions to the letter. I've always gone with the >0.5 goals bet, covered on another bookie. I've also used the account for various other small goalscorer bets. I guess my crime was to win on their stupid offers.

Happens to us all. Happened to me just before the last football one. :shrug:

It's not a "stupid offer" though is it? It's the best in the business!

It is (the best), for the punter. Annoying though that they make the offer, state terms and conditions, they are followed, you win, they ban you.

Correct. What's more, the customer services rep you chat with won't even know why that business decision is made.

Take comfort in the fact that you've simply come out on top, with some free cash. To not fall into this trap, you do need to make occasional mug bets. Just back a few fivers and tenners here and there, ideally lay them off at an exchange at minimal loss. It's a bit of a ball ache but it's no coincidence that I stopped doing this and within three months they gubbed me.

If you make £50 profits like I did, put a tenner on a horse or play their casino for a tenner and I haven't had a problem (so far). If you just go on for the free cash matches and do the +0.5 you won't last long.

Well exactly - I'm sure if you play their casino, they love having you as a customer. I did do other small goal-scorer bets too. I hadn't had a problem either - until yesterday.
