I think you're far too hipster for me.

The National - Empire Line (most of the album could qualify)
Slowdive - No Longer Making Time
Paramore - Told You So
Lorde - Green Light
Geotic - Billionth Remnant (one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard)
Baths - Yeoman (perfect synth pop, inventive and very playful)
nine inch nails - The Lovers
Aldous Harding - Imagining My Man
Grizzly Bear - Mourning Sound
The XX - On Hold
Foo Fighters - Run (not a big Foos fan but this song, and the way it comes in from the track before on the album, is shiver-inducing. In a good way.)
Thundercat - Them Changes (watch a live video of this)
Father John Misty - Things It Would Be Helpful To Know Before The Revolution

Hmmm - you've made me remember that I was considering Ballad Of The Dying Man for my list. I'll check out Geotic and Baths - not familiar with those tunes.

Lists of 10 make my brain hurt. Too much to consider. 3 from me:

Sparks - Edith Piaf (said it better than me)
Radiohead - I Promise
Courtney Barnett & Kurt Vile - Continental Breakfast

Cannot believe I forgot;

Queens of the Stoneage - Feet Don't Fail Me - perfect groove rock from a band at the absolute top of their game
Queens of the Stoneage - Villains of Circumstance - my favourite chorus of the year. Hits right in from left field and there's something oddly 80s about it's beauty.
