To the best of my knowledge, I've never been in any of them... but I voted for The Tally Ho 'cos it sounds like a lot of fune.

I would have voted for the Lewes Arms for old times' sake; but I went in there over Easter whilst down in Sussex and the pong of stale old cooking oil drove me away.

So Gardeners it is.

As a lad growing up in Landport, it had to be the Tally Ho.

When Vic had the Black Horse it was good.

I have never been to Lewes but voted for the Lamb Inn as I am hungry and the name mentions food.

Can't stand the Lamb. I think they only sell one type of ale...the rest is fancy piss-weak lagers and alcopops. I will sometimes go in there whilst waiting for my chinky from the Beijing opposite though....but that's it !!!

I can embarrassingly say that i've never been in the Gardeners....not for any reason apart from i've never really got round to it. And i used to live in South Street just round the corner.

Probably the same people who voted for the Rainbow...

In the absence of the Gardiners, I'm plumping for the Lansdown - good beer, friendly atmosphere and a good mix of folk.
