Gareth Barry. And yes he was very very good.
Ditto. I think he played for a team called Spartans or similar. We drew them in the Sussex cup and they had an awesome side. Beat us by double figures if memory recalls.

Jack Dineen. Talented young man. Never quite sure how he never progressed at the club.
oh, and @Mellotron of course
Played against Tiltman and Chris Punter. Remember Punter playing for West Chiltington on a Sunday morning and was so much better than everyone else on the pitch. Unfortunately he knew it and was a really cocky *******. For the return match, we held a whip round and agreed to pay the fine for whoever got sent off for bringing him down a peg or two. Turned up to find he wasn't playing that day!
Was that in his Mile Oak Sunday days? Was a fair few years after he had stopped playing at pro level but you could still see what a class player he was.
delighted you mentioned me and not @Chesney Christ. He'll love that. That Eastbourne Borough player is NOT BAD.
Grahame Souness( Spurs) Alan Hudson( Chelsea) Steve Perryman( Spurs). Was playing for Albion youth team 67_69.I played in a Cup Final for Newhaven U18's and faced a Whitehawk side starring Darren Freeman. He was VERY good.
Also played against Kim Grant and Simon Rodger at youth level.
Over to you NSC.
Jonjo Shelvey when I was on charlton's books probably 5 years or so ago. Could tell he would make it and I wouldn't!
Current Lewes central defender and former Brighton & Hove Albion Women's manager, Jay Lovett.
He can PING a 50 yarder with ease. Very good player technically.
