Also not Brighton, but any episode of Man V Food, will have the best ribs (and brisket) you'll ever see.

Is there anywhere in Brighton that does that pulled pork stuff that you see a lot on MvF?? In fact, any place that does that American style comfort food would be a great addition to Brighton!!

BBQ Shack also does pulled pork
There's also a new Mexican in the North Lanes, between Kensington Gardens and Sydney St that does pit smoked pulled pork burritos. Mmmmmm!!

Ribs and pulled pork have been turning up in Saino's recently.

Only had the ribs, which are obviously pretty cack, but as there's no other 'proper' ones about, they more than serve a purpose.

Another vote for BBQ shack. It's making me hungry thinking about it. Currently in The Worlds End pub London Road. Sky Sports & beer in the bargain as well.

I know its not in Brighton but in Kingston there is a place called tony Romas . Unreal RibS
Looked up their website as they have many in the USA in fact it shows 200branches in 37 countries but only 2 in the UK, I thought that there were more. The interesting things is that they franchise out the restaurants but the financial qualification to apply is $3m of which $1m must be readily accessibly like cash.

Had some of that pulled pork in Memphis and Nashville just to check the first wasn't a bad example, and it is not my choice so would definitely not look for any in England, thought that it was horrible. Each to their own I suppose

Easy one to answer the BBQ shack based in Worlds End pub, London Road.

This is the correct answer. The chef/pit master has numerous awards to his name and has featured in a number of national papers very positively.
