Worthing
I’m selling my wife’s Ford Fiesta and was wondering where NSC recommends putting it up. I’ve had a guide from wesellanycar and cazoo but thought it better to go to a normal advert somewhere and try.

How soon is now?
I've always used Auto Trader(£45 I think it cost). Even in lock down last year I sold very quickly.
The guy didn't even test drive it, he just turned up had a good look around and asked a bunch of questions. Bank transfer next day and drove it of the drive way

Whack it on Carguru's, some oddball paid my full asking price for my old banger in less than a week, can't even remember the fee it was that minimal.

I recently sold my van on Facebook Marketplace. Went ok but you do get a few twats offering silly money or swaps.

For a moment there I thought you were recommending a site called surprisinglygoodprice.com.

Facebook Marketplace is FULL of time wasters, I wouldn’t sell there.

Just sold mine through Autotrader. £45 (£49??) for 3 weeks, 20 photos. Gave me an expected private sale price (got slightly more), which was £2k more than the unnegotiated webuyanycar offer. Sold in 5 days.

The nice thing about Autotrader is they protect your real phone number from canvassers and the like
