The Al Campo's are nice if you fancy a step-up from Spoons, still pretty affordable, one in London Road, one in Lewes, a few other places locally

Usually go for Pompoko when I just do a pop in to Brighton, but the student demographic there does make me feel increasingly old each time I visit.

It's well cheap, and a lot of Asian people eat there, which always feels a decent sign to me of the authenticity of the food.

One of the restaurants along church road in Hove , think it’s Persia do chicken or lamb big wraps at lunchtime with salad inside and sauces for £7 a bargain.

Very filling .
