Take a wrap, spread a thick strip of peanut butter at one end, throw in half a sliced-up banana or more and fold. 32 seconds to make. Seriously delicious, nutritious and filling and no washing up to do.

If, like me, you buy a pack of 20 it's important to decide of you're being a 4 or 5 fingerer and stick with it.

I haven't had a fish finger sandwich in about 15 years. Now I really, really want a fish finger sandwich. Definitely, five fingers.

Split and toast a muffin, crack an egg in a mug and whisk. Spread butter on muffin add liberal quantity of Marmite, then nuke the egg for 45 seconds in the mug. Lift the egg out of the mug and place it between the muffin, press together and indulge your taste buds. The longest job in this breakfast delight is the toasting, add bacon to up the anti even more.

Was about to say this with a few toasted cashews. Sharwoods dried egg noodles are the best. Simmer 3 mind. Easy, filling, delish.
