Best deal for the IPOD Itouch 8GB

you'll be lucky to get a 'deal' on anything apple. I don't know the reasonings, but the price is usually the same everywhere. Don't get it from teh apple store though obviously, they'll be the most expensive. try play.com

not so, Apple basically keep their products the same price and set the price for other stores, you'll find if it's gonna be cheaper anywhere it'll be cheaper in an Apple store.

Or, if you're buying through amazon, stretch to the 64gb (I did but that was back in august/september time so won't be part of the current deal at the top) becaus ethen NSC gets more money!

Mine was £110 from cex in Brighton second hand, but to be honest it looked as new, and my mates all had the same small scratches on the back within a few days of having theirs from new. Has been great, and comes with a 12 month guarentee!

That seems an interesting option but when I looked at the website the itouch was £149.

If you think you might want to sell your ipod in the future if/when you upgrade, then don't get the engraving as it will make it harder to sell imo

I got my 32gb touch from Comet for £219 with free docking speaker system which comet say is worth £40. that was only 3 or 4 weeks ago

Just seen a post on money saving expert saying that someone has bought an 8gb touch at Currys and got a free £25 itunes gift card

I got a 32GB Gen 2 for £170 off ebay. It was refurbished but cosmetically it was as good as a new one, honest not a scratch.
