I've got to take a couple of colleagues for a curry on Tuesday night in Brighton so, which is the best curry house?

Search curry and Brighton and you'll find a myriad of threads about this, Chilli Pickle if you're not concerned about price, and I've always enjoyed Nooris.

Noori's is excellent, although I had a harrowing experience there last time I went. I overloaded my poppadum with too much lime pickle, onion, chutney and mint sauce. On route to my gapnig maw, it snapped and landed upside down in my lap, resulting in a huge unsightly stain around my crotch area. I had this stain on display for the remainder of the evening as we trawled various pubs around the Lanes. Felt a right GIMP.

Chilli Pickle is very nice, but l dont think you should pay any more than about £25 for an lndian, so l'd go for Raj Pavillion at Preston Circus.
