Having been subjected to Christmas songs all week, I can categorically say that my all time Christmas album would have no songs on it at all. None. They are ALL utter, utter shite.

May I recommend Nerina Pallot album "we made it through another year".

Pretty, occasionally jazzy songs but all with a little, bitter twist.

Who doesn't like a song about a failed office party romance (I know what you're doing for Christmas) and about just being a bit sad (blue Christmas). Funny, up songs with razors in the lyrics.
