Very nice bike.I never got round to doing my test.It was a toss up between the Ninja or the CBR Fireblade.

Awwww, thanks hon. Took me ages & cost me a small fortune, but I'm glad I persevered with the project. Finally got it finished last Sept - so much looking forward to the Spring so I can have a good countryside blatt!

ps Glad I took my test (ahem) back in the day - otherwise I don't know how I would afford to do it these days. If you do decide to do yours in the future, out of the two bikes you mentioned I think I'd recommend the 'Blade. That said, there's something about owning even a relatively small (600) & old ('96) Ninja that's really spesh. I reckon I've become truely smitten..

I know it's not what you mean, but it's the nearest I get to a motorbike, as I have never even sat pillion (sp) on one.
This is my stead I love it, and it's the most favourite wheeled transport I have ever owned.

How do you propel the thing forward ST? It doesn't appear to have any pedals!
The more expensive the bike, the less likely it will come with pedals.
My cleat pedals and shoes, developed from skiing, costs a pretty penny more.

So sorry twinkle, I thought it was a genuine question, certainly NOT the stupidest I've been asked, connected to cycling.

No worries SB. I'm just glad I didn't ask: 'what's happened to the motor..?'

One you definately wouldn't, 23mm wide, and with the state of the roads at the moment, it's not a matter of if I catch a crater, but when. And I already know that's gonna hurt.

Watchin the boats go by
The 2nd version of the Toyota MR2.
I loved the 'cockpit' I sat in, which they didn't continue for the newer ones.

Mine looked pretty much exactly like that and i loved it to pieces! Trouble is when yo do the sort of miles i do it fucks cars like that up, and the imports are VERY EXPENSIVE when they f*** up! Would love to still have her as a weekend car though if i could afford it!

Current car is this and as an all round car its the best i've ever had

Always said i'd never have a new car but the amount i lost on nearly new i may as well have a brand new one in the end!
