remember when lynch first broke into the team, and everyone was raving about him. didnt he get an england under 18 call up as well? and all that came from playing at left back
i think people just remember how god awful he was at left back in that mansfield game, and make a fairly large asumption that he cant play left back on it. personally, i prefer to base it on more than one game when the whole team was not only shit but virus-ravaged, and when he first broke into the team under mcghee he was excellent at left back
he must be doing something right there for forest to be playing him
