While I'm at it does anyone remember the game at Cambridge Utd where for some reason Brighton fans decided to invade the pitch about 4 times during the match I think the purpose was to get into the home end at the other end of the pitch so only a few actually made it as most were out of breath by the time they got half way, I can't remember the game being of any considerable importance and it definitely wasn't a protest of any kind, strange game I don't even remember the score or year, you'd probably have to be over 50 to remember it I just watched thinking wtf is actually happening and why.

Highbury 1983 FA Cup semi final

For sure.

For non-Albion games, I would nominate the time I went to Spurs and stood with the Wrexham fans in the cup. Cracking game (3-3 if I recall) and absolute bedlam in the away half of one end. The Spurs fans were definitely after blood in that one.

Edgar Street and Highbury were great occasions but as a normal game away end Peterborough takes some beating as you can tell by the number of people who have mentioned it already.

Brighton factually.....
but just for pure limbs it was the Palace match at Selhurst in 2005. When McShane scored it was total bedlam, especially as we were right next to the Always Ultras. I was about 3/4 the way up the stand, but think I ended about 5 or 6 rows further down after celebrating. It was absolutely bonkers!

This almost too a T, the only difference was it was the wife that was carried about 6 rows forward, the only bad thing about the evening was she managed to find her way back….

A few decent days out in the old covered away end at Bristol City .... but yes, Peterborough was always great.

Another for the semi final at Highbury ! Although oddly my strongest memory of that day is leaving the ground and walking down a street in such a huge densely packed throng of people that the thought struck me that if there were a cliff edge in front of us i would have no way of avoiding going over it !
Good thing that cliff edges turn out to be rare in north London !!!!!

Longside Burnley ,South Bank Wolves ,The Kop Blackpool , Shevington End Wigan . So many out there .

In the 70's went to Burnley twice , to see them play Blackburn on a 'good friday' and then Liverpool, stood in the Longside whilst it was raining bricks and darts. Never saw that at the goldstone thankfully.
