The form team at the top of the league outclasses lower Premier League club away from home shock. Not sure. with the gulf in class between the players that GP can be blamed. If we’d stuck 10 men behind the ball the chances are the result would have been the same. I thought we managed well but were inevitably outdone by pace and class.

Did you really expect us to get a better result, irrespective of how we played? We were in the game until they scored. No gripes from me.

Look forward to your comments about how we feck up at Liverpool

The optimism on NSC pre match was palpable, people really looking forward to a result. For the majority, I would say there wasn’t a foreboding there is when FFP Citeh turn up. Where you mention “away from home”, wasn’t that bit tipped in our favour?

From 3pm it was just a matter of time before Leicester scored as they were quicker than us both on the ball and in the thinking. I thin k that we could do ok at Liverpool as they are not so obviously quick and we shall have Dunk instead of either Webster Duffy or Burn take your pick. I would be happier of Bernardo was available for selection.

in which positions are the european champions ponderous?

there is some optimism from playing top quality sides such as lcfc and lfc, as a marker,
"to see where we are"
i'm glad we are playing them even if we do get beaten

But we did look forward to it and hope for a win, whilst not expecting one, being at home gave us more hope of course.

At least we didn’t feel like walking out in frustration, even when we were losing..did we? (I wasn’t there in fairness but was watching a shit stream)

No we didn’t. We took it to them in a swashbuckling display for long periods, it was a joy to watch us, but their owners have simply assembled a squad that’s beginning to look world class.

Days don’t come much happier to be an Albion fan. The Spuds 3-0 still being the pinnacle.

I do not think that they are ponderous but also are not likely to be so quick and direct as Leicester were, so hopefully we can match them and live in the hope that we may get more. Liverpool do not have any visible weakness so perhaps they will be too complacent, we can but hope.

Mane at evens to score any time looks a good bet. He’s as quick as Vardy and a goal machine, thriving on the counter against teams that push up to the half way line.

Don't question, just enjoy.

I'm sure they are called the red arrows because they like planes or something

Uber would have meant including Michael Mahoney-Johnson and Valur Gislason, arguably.

I thought Uber meant this.

Do me a favour!

'Awful' is getting d1cked by Leicester as Southampton did.

'Awful', according to many, was the end of last season grinding out results (or trying to), by basically camping in our own half.

'Awful' is having no possession, showing a lack of desire and not being in the game at ANY point for the 90 minutes.

Saturday was none of those things. The likelihood was that Leicester would always win on Saturday, anyone who REALLY thinks we had a chance needs to have a word with themselves and remind themselves that GP can't work miracles and the team is very much a 'work in progress'...

'Awful' is having not a single shot on target, perhaps? Other than that I agree with you.

Awful is being 2nd best through out and in every department and made to look 2nd rate.

No it's not. That's being outplayed by a better team. What you're saying is pure hyperbiole. But it's OK, because you think – off the back of that 'awful' performance, the team has a chance of going to Anfield and getting something. OK then!

And as for 'every department', you might want to check the possession stats...
