But Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham were both poor too and we were worst. On the other hand, it sounds like we were comfortably better than Leeds tonight. Surely we can at least be pleased after winning a game like that.

Was a superb performance overall but particularly the first half. Stock dale only touched. The ball occasionally and didn't need to make a save all game. Calderon did make a good clearance off the line. A word for JFC who also played well.

We have played teams of this standard many times in last few years and put in performances much more lacking in pace, slick passing and incision. I can't find any reason not to be heartened by tonight.
