How did I not know it is now the Poundland Stadium? I hope the Walsall fans do irony or they will not be happy.

I believe there was a bit of ‘pushback’ but Poundland is a local company and so the greater good was served by having the stadium named after a local company. Never been there, though seen it from the motorway. Went to Fellows Park a couple of times.

When Poundland took over the 99p store they assured the staff there wouldn't be any change.
