Bertin impressed because he looked as though he knew exactly what he was doing in the holding role ie. make himself available, compete for the ball, range of passing. He is the sort of player you can build a team on if he keeps playing like that.

Bertin lost possession for the goal at Brentford and didn't really look like he'd got to grips with the pace of the game,

apart from losing the ball for the goal i thought he did ok at brentford but it's a game of opinions
