Bennets field carpark ran like a dream today

Just got back in Worthing.

Left on the final whistle, got in car, drove out. Queued for a small time but filtered out with the buses perfectly.

PC Balkham had some magic keys to turn the lights off and we flowed out beautifully!! Love that man.

It may just have been that we got out promptly so will be interested in how others coming out later did but from my point if view it worked the best ever!!

Perhaps the answer is to turn off the traffic lights for a short while to keep the traffic flowing.

The traffic on lewes road tailed all the way back to wild park. I don't normally walk that way so have no idea if that is normal or not.

The only criticism I have heard is that PC Balkham could have stood up to direct the traffic.
