Doesn't he know that ALL transfer with Brighton are for undisclosed fees, actually quoting the offer has probably increased the price by at least £25m.

In the Athletic on August 19 2020 they reported that Leeds had submitted a third bid to Albion "of a guaranteed £25 million, plus additional clauses based on individual and team performance. Leeds are indicating it is the final offer they will make for the 22-year-old central defender, who starred in their Championship title-winning campaign on loan from Brighton."
I suspect, therefore, that Bielsa's comment was referring to this same bid, indicating that the add-ons would potentially have amounted to £5 million.

Yeah, you know exactly what my point was, and anyway they may have spent big, but neigh on 18 million on a 22 year old goalkeeper and 20+ million on a reserve striker was in hindsight stupid really.
