A DULLARD did a financial comparison of Leeds and Brighton in the Premier League which should settle the issue.

My money is on BW ultimately signing for Leeds. TB, being the master poker player, has figured out the maximum price he reckons he can extract from Leeds. The company line is 'not for sale' which will remain until Leeds come back with what he considers will be their highest offer, at which point the deal will be done. The number of centre backs we now have suggests to me that this has been the strategy all along.
Maybe better to keep your money in your pocket.

I don’t think he will be sold to Leeds under any circumstances and, frankly, I imagine that White understands the gulf between even us and championship standard LUFC. Training with Dunk will have opened his eyes to the standard he will need to reach to compete against sterling, salah, aguerro mane and Aubamameyang rather than slogging it out with QPR and fvcking Barnsley.

They are head mental if they think they’re going to take the PL by storm. Clowns.

Apparently there are some Leeds fans who believe that outside the top 6, their is no difference between the rest of the premier and mid table Championship.

If we sold to a 'non relegation' rival, can we put a clause in that they can't sell or loan to Leeds? I can see that happening!

I can't remember where it was, but I was reading something the other day which said a few clubs insert very specific clauses into transfer deals to prevent egg on their faces if the player is then sold to a bitter rival. It was something along the lines of the sell-on percentage being set much higher if the subsequent sales is to a particular club or clubs. E.g. if Man U sells Rashford to PSG, the general sell-on clause could be 10%, but set at 50% (or whatever) if Rashford is sold to Man City by PSG at some point.

Generally speaking, you can put pretty much anything you like in a contract as long as it's worded correctly, doesn't contravene any laws and both parties know what they are signing up to.

When Ben White looks back on his career, i'm sure it won't be working under footballing genius Marcelo Bielsa, in a team playing 'Bielsa-ball' in front of one of the best sets of fans in the country with an atmosphere that would be the envy of Brighton and Hove Albion that is the highlight.

No, it will be training next to Lewis Dunk.

For my education, could you explain the big difference in Broadcast income?

Hi, Leeds were in the EPL 1992-2004, when the value of the deals, whilst increasing, started on a very low base. The Albion have benefitted from the subsequent increases in the value of broadcasting rights which are generating about £60 for every £1 made from broadcasting when the Premier League started.

Another weirdo. You are trying to start conversation with people who don’t give a **** about your opinion. Don’t you know any real people who actually give a ****. If so, go and tell them you irritating freak.

They keep on coming yes, exactly for that reaction.

There's no reason for Albion fans to be anything other than "Yes Leeds fan, you're way bigger than us" .... "yes, you probably will make the Champions League" .... "Yes, we'll probably be begging you for loans in a couple of years"

Time is on our side and reality will dawn and that will be a good day. No reason for us to help prepare them for that fall when it arrives
