Moderate concern on here because we still haven't addressed the glaring frailties that blighted us last season.

We have tightened up the LB and RB positions have signed a statistically good striker and hopefully decent prospects in Harper and Hambo. Obviously we are still out there trying to get a few more in some people have zero patience.

Not if we intend to get any pace in the side. He's barely played in two seasons. I'd rather give monakana, ward or tilley a go from the dev squad if he is all we can get.

Probably, but would rather the club went after someone like Isaac Cuenca. Played at Deportivo last season and is also ex Barcelona, two footed, creative, available on a free and would bring FLAIR to the final third

Nobody is doubting the signings of Rosenior, Bong and Hemed whilst Hembo and Harper are exciting prospects. HOWEVER, defending wasn't our weakness last season, it was creating opportunities. We could swap Hemed for Zlatan and he probably wouldn't fare much better, if the striker doesn't see the ball the striker doesn't score the goals. We took this odd mentality into last season of not worrying about how many points we lose in August, because we might be able to grab a bargain just before the window closes, that plan worked out well didn't it. If we don't get at least 1 winger before the Forest game we will be in exactly the same position as last season, no width, no chances, no threat, if Forest score one goal they'll probably take all 3 points. #BrightonNil

Sadly I think it's right that carrying over from last season our opponents only need to score one goal to be confident of at least a draw and probably a win. No matter how good our defence it leaves them no leeway.
We need pace and we need one of our strikers to develop the self belief that if they have an attempt on goal they will score

He'll probably end up a Stoke. There seems to be a direct flight from Barcelona to the Britannia these days.

Hopefully we've had a word with his agent though; it's worth a go I guess!

Funny how other teams aren't having problems signing the players they want.

I still am confused as to how we can make a profit on last years transfer dealings of around £8 million(that's after Stockdale and Baldrick) and still plead poverty to players and agents.
