Anyone know anything about this match, as in what time, who is playing and indeed, what the score was if it's already been played?

I know it's against Arsenal youngsters but does anyone know why, are we looking to loan in a couple of Arsenal youngsters or something?

I respect your desire not to get shot down in flames as a rumour monger.

It's a shame we have to rely on these little snippets to get get excited about. It would be better if we knew that MM and DK were checking out XYZ player and putting in offers for them, as it seems most of our rivals are doing on a daily basis, but when it comes to it, we got Crabtree, and I can't wait to hear what it is he knows!

You keep it to yourself, I understand.

speculation on an earlier thread, fueled by rlz, led to a guess that we were looking at Quincy Owusu-Abeyie, an Arsenal Under-21 player originally from ajax. probably more

never heard of him but i hope we get him so that we can try and think of songs for him.

I heard we are looking at an Arsenal player (unsure as to youth/reserve) but no name was mentioned.....THATS my big secret...nothing much!

Quincy joined Arsenal as a scholar from Ajax, where Dennis Bergkamp and Kanu plied their trade - and he plays in a similar way to the star strikers.

He spent nine years at the Dutch club, and spent a trial period with the Gunners before signing in the summer of 2002.

Quincy struck six of Arsenal's goals in the 7-1 win over Wolves in the Under-17s play-offs last season. It was part of 17 strikes in just 20 games for the pacy frontman.

He also impressed when he came on for the first-team in their pre-season friendly at Barnet in July and has since made his competitive debut against Rotherham in the Carling Cup.
