Beer curfew 10 minutes before kick off

Having fallen foul of this ruling more than once I would say-in the North Stand- that it is more like 10 mins than 15 mins before ko that they observe. I will in future bear in mind that they can-legally- refuse me 15 mins before.

Kinel i thought this was a wind up thread , as a shandy drinker beer at a footy match has never been my thing but i had no idea such rules existed to protect us from evil , is there a defining reason why Rugby fans watching their chosen sport are allowed beer in their seats
, yet in the same stadium football fans are not ?

Got into a queue in WSU at 19:23 get to the front at 19:37 and they're not serving anymore alcohol (and run out of pies). A lot of others in a similar position.

Never been refused to be served before due to the time, although maybe a coincidence?
