Man, that book is SO good. Beautiful objet (ooh la la) too. Loved reading it with youtube open to listen to the tunes they were talking about while you read it. Superb.

Not sure I could do a track, but favourite album has always been Check Your Head. Saw them on that tour with Rollins Band. One of the best gigs I have ever been too.

I was at that gig. Primarily went for Rollins but was blown away by BB.

[Palacefinder General]

From being an obsessed schoolboy at their Licensed to Ill Brighton Centre gig in the late 80s, I was a few streets from New York's Chinatown in 1999 and Mike D was sat on a BMX casually chatting to friends on the street. Even more bizarrely I then saw him again in the same area of Manhattan the following year.

That’s the one, and I’m sure I saw them again together at Astoria.
Was very much into Rollins Band, I liked the End Of Silence line up although I really liked him with Mother Superior.
Seen them live dozens of times over the years and I think live, MS backing him were phenomenal.
