James Anderson? Currently 33/1.
Went past Bothams records this year. A really good Ashes and he may have a chance...

unless England win either the Ashes or the Rugby World Cup.
What struck me about that list
Athletics and Boxing is over represented in terms of winners.
So is F1. Damon Hill and Nigel Mansell won it TWICE. TWICE FFS. Lewis Hamilton has won it but is hardly popular as well. Lots of Petrol heads out there.
I can't see a Cricket winner. Flintoff and Botham are the 2 biggest names in cricket over the last 25 years.
Same for Golf. Rory has no chance even if he wins the Open.
I'm going to scoop up the 8s on Murray. He is best price 11/4 to win Wimbledon. I know next to nothing about Tennis but I read that Novak was prioritising the French open this year and Murray is bang in form. With no obvious contender, that's back to lay and cross fingers he wins Wimbledon
I've also taken the macaroni on JE-H by way of a small saver.
Joe Root at 80-1 is really good value. In good form and England Cricket feeling a bit better about themselves
I usually like a punt in this market but I'm stuggling to find a bet this year.
Chris Froome is fav for the TDF (as short as 6/4) yet as big as 28/1 for SPOTY which seems a bit odd (what do you think Stat Brother ?)
Anthony Joshua next year maybe.
I'll still be surprised if he gets it, it'll mean a pretty poor show by everyone else.CF 2/1 fav with PP now
Adam Peaty - three golds already at the world championships. The trouble is that swimming is not widely recognized outside of Olympic years.
