Just far enough away from LDC
I thought Dimbleby getting Farage to correct Alison Pearson on the rebate was an interesting turn. Farage knew she was wrong and managed to avoid answering

Dimbleby always comes out the winner. I wish people like him and Jon Snow were running the country rather than the fools we have now.

Dimbleby was brilliant last night. Didn't (as normal) stand for any nonsense. I'm still on the fence as far this referendum is concerned. Farage did come accross well last night. Izzard was Vauxhall conference at best

Jon Snow ?? Who is on record as saying the notion of being English makes him feel ''queasy'' , yeah, great choice.

His obsession with Farage's ancestry was cringeworthy.... even the audience were telling him to pipe down.... it was a massive own goal for the Remainers......a visitor to these shores tuning in to a normally serious political debate show on the BBC must surely have thought we are just a bunch of clowns.... embarrassing.

Completely agree with everything you say here, and we come from opposite sides of the referendum argument.

A pair of very wealthy, to the manor born liberals who are totally out of touch with the majority of us. Excellent broadcasters but let's remember Dimbleby sent his son to Eton before touching our forelocks.

Somebody looking very much like him has been seen masquerading at Brighton College parents' events.

I suppose handing subsidies to wealthy EU farmers whilst imposing tariffs on farmers in developing countries is giving everyone a fair chance?
