What will happen next is that all the representations that have been made will be circulated to all of the interested parties, who will be given the opportunity to comment on what has been submitted.

So now we wait for Ruth Kelly to decide ?

How long is the maximum time to decide and if she does say yes it is OK is that it (finally) ?

Can the LDC do any more to damage to the quest for the Holy Grail ?

Wakey, wakey.

So what does this mean-LDC will employ the World's slowest reader to wade through the paperwork and on deadline day #2 ask for another 2 years for their person to complete his task?

brighton, actually
i cant see what new evidence (if any) can be gained fro ma 3rd enquiry.. i get an eerie feeling we may not get Falmer, and the minister of the day also kjows that, so is putting of a decison until after any election (then its someone else's problem..?)
as far as i can see, al the bases have been covered.

so ruth, get yer finger out!

If yesterday was the last date for submissions and then R Kelly has to look at them, send them out for perusal by interested parties and then get them back with comments marked in red from those parties, is this the timescale of June/July that Ed keeps mentioning?

The way this has all gone , I think even Gareth would put his house and cat on it going to a public enquiry into Sheepcoat, especially as one of the objections ( by the Toads Hole Mob) was that the Albion's transport evidence was rubbish and disagreed with them, and then Inspector number 457,264,221,001 dismissed their objections without fully investigating them.

I am rapidly coming round to the opinion that we are in for another winter, then summer, then winter of discontent.

Well I was truly hoping she'd be at her desk today with a nice cuppa going through the submissions....probably let us know by 5pm - that sort of thing...

last thought- if Falmer is meant to be such an unspoilt 'AONB' (chuckle).. how come they got TWO (rather ugly, imho) uni's, and a bypass running through it??!

eh? eh?

Blimey - it's amazing that nobody has thought of that before! Perhaps you should write to R Kelly to make sure she knows ?

I have decided to invest on the final decision from Ruth Kelly being a 3rd public enquiry. I am confident my investment will come good and have secured a price with Ladbrokes Plc. I am getting on and getting on LARGE.
