Oh awfull! But the city is so lovely that an early spring visit to the rec is excellent as part of a wider day out. Also the pre booked train fares from Brighton area are as low as 18 pounds (should work for the North Somerset tourists board me!)

Can you get a train there have a few beers and see the match and catch a train back the same day ?

I've started following more rugby lately having got bored of following football.

The Rec is a rubbish ground but the location is so picturesque!

I'm pretty neutral with a team at the moment, need to get to London to see some of the games up there really.

Wasps, as an armchair fan. I would go and watch them if it weren't for the Albion - I can't afford to give a whole weekend over to sport. As for Bath, couldn't they move in with Bath City and redevelop Twerton Park, rather as Bristol and Rovers have done?

:nono: The MK Dons of Rugby (along with London Wasps).

London Scottish is the team I now follow.

It would have been London Welsh (being half Welsh), but I got dragged along by two Scots and took to them. Used to watch Brighton a bit when my good friend was a centre.

London Scottish for me too. I used to play for one of the junior sides back in the late '80s.

After all these years of fighting their way back up (along with Richmond), to be so close to the Championship.....

When i was younger I played for Bath colts, but packed it in as it was cliquey as f***. I used to go whenever swindon were on some big northern expedition. Used to love it.

Good work. Are you Scottish? I'm a late comer. I first watched them a few years ago and got hooked.

Going to see them play Manchester on Saturday. The game looks set to be a cricket score with the Mancunians leaking 70+ points a game.

The change in standard from last season is incredible. I would imagine that they are paying the players a bit more this season! Might be why the entry fee has gone up to a whopping £10!

 £10.00? That was how much entry was the last time I went up to watch Worthing play there.

I would not say that I was a "fan" of Leicester Tigers because I don't like their boring style of play. However, I have watched them a few times as well as England, and it is a very good day out. Much better than watching the Albion these days, apart from "big games".

I guess if i had to choose, i'll have to start supporting my local team. Which is Leicester tigers.

Oh look, they're top!

I'm not a glory supporter though :D

Leicester Tigers are your local Peremiership team, but Nottingham are an ambitious team and in the Championship and closer to Derby. Unfortunately, Derby RFC is not up to much above Colts level.
