Steele and Verbruggen fight it out to be first choice, McGill third choice, Sanchez is moved on & all the others sent out on loan?

Really hoping Rushworth gets a decent Championship loan.
Interestingly Rushworth is actually older than Verbruggen. Wonder what this means for his path to the first team.

i was told it meant nothing and he’d be sold by the time rushworth was ready when i mentioned this the other day, suspect that may not be the case

It is very exciting times to be a Brighton fan.

[Steele, Verbruggen and Rushworth IMO]

I think McGill gets a loan as he has only played a pitiful number of professional games.

I bet Sanchez is loving this news.

Assuming he goes, how much could we get for him? Can see him going abroad as no bigger club would surely take him (unless back up) and can't see him wanting to drop into the Championship.

According to a local journalist he wants Burnley, so let's see.

When Burnley tried to play their style against Man City, they were destroyed. Most teams in the EPL will do the same to them unless they have a significant amount of upgrades and luck.

Bart might well be their number one but constantly fishing the ball out of the back of the net will eventually become deeply off-putting to him. Far better to take our cup games (maybe Europa too) and try and force RDZ to ditch Steele in the longer term.

If he's good as the hype suggests he'll be first choice soonish, I'm sure of that. Both Sanchez and Steele have lower mid table save rates.

Maybe he's confident of his abilities to keep the ball out of the net?

Not how I read it, although very hard to understand too.

The guy wants 1st team football, that we can’t promise him.
So if he wants that , imagine he will go to Burnley.
