I won't be going. Nothing to play for, it'll be like the MK Dons game a couple of years back, complete shower of shite and left me annoyed i'd spent the money on it.
With the £60 odd quid it would cost, there's far better days out than a day at a meaningless football match.

If the fans don't care why should the players?

Because its their job. They get paid thousands a year to do it. I have my own job to worry about. If the game still means something and the season isn't dead I'll go. I'm not one just for going because it's the last game of the season though as I'm not made of money, I can't really afford many away games as it is anymore so I'd have to sacrifice something else that month.

I have great respect for supporters who struggle financially and still get to a few away games. Perhaps we should ask Uncle Tony to put some free coaches on for the last match of the season! UTA

If we were in the premier league and last game was at Old Trafford even if we had nothing to play for i'd bet you would go.

Possibly goring gull yea. but again I'd have to sacrifice something else like eating cheaper, not going out on an occasion or not buying something for the house I needed/wanted. Clearly just budgeting as most people do anyway, however this is Barnsley we're talking about, bit of a difference from Manchester utd.

I have a lot of time for those who travel across the country supporting Brighton though, without them we'd prob lose every away game! If I had the money and time (especially midweek) I'd be right with you! If I win the euro millions i will pay for everyone's away travel for a season! lol.
