Reading more about this it seems strange and must involve more top clubs than Barcelona, maybe its because they are the most high profile at developing young players and are being hit as an example to other clubs. It also appears the Spanish FA have been complicit in knowing about these transfers and turning a blind eye. The biggest fallout is probably these promising young players who may be sent back to allow Barcelona to overturn this.
