Banner Idea For The Labour Conference

Would it be possible to have one of the big Falmer banners strung across North Street for the duration of the Labour Conference, so the delegates have to look at it anytime they venture into town to do a bit of shopping?

They do it for 'Horses On Ice' and for things like the 'Psychics And Mystics Fair' even though presumably all the delegates to that one don't NEED to be told when it's taking place.
