I was wondering the same, so I shall take a few of my own too - the more the merrier

Jim in the West will be taking half the balloons assuming I am able to get them to him before I travel.

Otherwise it would be good to have someone (some people) who are in each section to take some balloons and hand them out in (or outside) those areas.
