Absolutely there's always the human factor, but my reasoning is that the issues have been with Ferrari based pitlane equipment (Ferrari obviously and Haas). Might be a coincidence though.
But the injury was caused by a premature green light, and even one of the Haas last week had the team saying hold when the green light flashed on

I think some crappy tyres would make it a better race with more pit stops, plus bring back re fuelling at the pits
