Yes Nicola is at it again and here is my advice to you. Nicola just allow all the other 'Home' nations to vote because you will win it hands down. :clap2: Yet remember independence means that you pay for everything with your own free standing currency and provide for your own people from your own budget, something that i do believe you have not done since 1706 ? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-48026430

So looking to time travel back to 2010 which was before the earlier independence of 2014.

If she can achieve that she should become world leader

The SNP's founding principle was independence from the rest of the UK so a referendum for Scotland is never far away. No worse than Farage saying that however much Vote Leave lost by, he would never give up the fight to leave Europe.... while still getting paid of course.

Does this mean we get to rebuild the wall to keep the Scots from rampaging south ...

It will cost them billions if they did go it alone , the armed forces would leave , whats left of north sea oil would stay with England and the tax rises would drive everyone away .... but on the bright side we would not have to listen to the broken record that is the Scottish politicians any more in the British Parliament.

I would love them to stay in the EU,and be the burden that finally made them admit their bankruptcy.

Leaving the EU, then reducing our GDP by a further £230bn or whatever it is, really going to strengthen our hand in these magic trade deals we're going to negotiate.

or .... their both divisive figures, who thrive on stoking up discontent. It’s their politcal raison d’etre.

Plus think of the long term position in the Commons. England and Wales together have very rarely delivered 326 Labour MP’s, with the Tories dominating. A UK parliament without Scotland’s (unfairly disproportionate) number of MP’s will give more right leaning Commons majorities ad infinitum.

Unfortunately this day Cameron decide to have the EU vote this was always going to happen. The stronger together campaign made a big thing out of us not being allowed in the EU, well that threat has gone.... I always found UKIP highly ironic as there reason for existing will actually probably see the break up of the UK. What next for Northern Ireland, after Scotland leaves.....

Still...As long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule

This situation would be a nightmare for adherents to the EU project were the Brexit row to continue, as England is far less interested in being part of the club.

Scotland is represented by 35 MPs from the Scottish National Party, 13 from the Conservative Party, 7 MPs from the Labour Party and 4 from the Liberal Democrats.

Not a fan of the SNP but I think they are right to call for this if the U.K. leave the EU. They have a right to decide who they partner with for their future.
