also you only have a 2 hour or so window it needs to be tapped day before cant see how falmer can sell reat ale without loosing loads of money
You're making out that real ale has never been sold at a sports event before.
The beer operators might lose beer on the first couple of events, trying to ascertain just how much beer will be drunk. After that, they'll have their quantities sorted.
Besides, you might only want to sell beer for two hours, the caterers will possibly see a 6 or 7-hour window, with two 45-minute breaks.
