No need to panic in my view. Orient have lost just one game in 16 and you can see why. Tidy performance by them. We could have snatched it but a draw was probably fair.

Their pitch is tiny so our passing game never really got going.

Win at Bristol and we are back on track.

Tiny pitch coupled with the most bobbly I've seen for ages meant we were doomed from the start. A good point.

Orient were lively and clearly up for it after we'd humiliated them earlier this season, but that was comfortably the worst I'd seen from us in a year. From back to front nothing came off, misplaced passes leading to aimless hoofs (Calderon in particular), Dicker was anonymous, Bridcutt had a mare, Barnes couldn't keep hold of it, Greer kept gifting it back, Ankergran was shanking it all over the shop, Sparrow kept getting caught in possession. We were just all-round diabolical and actually got worse as the game went on.

Still, its never going to be plain sailing. We're bound to turn in a few stinkers but we generally come back strongly, and I'm sure we will do again. Still carved a point out of that rancid performance. We move on.

Is it tiny? I thought they were meant to have one of the bigger pitches? As for bobbly, someone else has already mentioned, Vicarage Road last sat was worse.

Just wondered if anyone has told Gary Dicker we were playing in white tonight? Thanks.

Played rubbish. Didn't lose. Still top.

Oh, and although I've only been to three, I still haven't see us lose or even conceed a goal for that matter away from home this season

I think the pitch did play a large part, but that's no excuse.

We didn't perform bur despite that we didn't lose and Ankergren didn't gave a shot to save that I can recall.

Credit to Cox, I thought he played well tonight.

Withdean - 110 x 75 yards

Brisbane Road - 115 x 80 yards

Apparently.

I really can't believe that. Hearn has built flats on half of that!!!

Wikipedia says it's 110 x 76 yards, so if that is right, by my maths, I'd say it's just a bit bigger than Withdean.

Who cares ? We were garbage, it was nothing to do with the pitch. Just an off-night.

I'm still on the f***ing train, anyway that was gash! Don't think one player had a good game, orient didn't do too much more than us so a fair drab point. Hopefully we'll do better at rovers.
