Presumably said bollard, at least from the way the article describes it, would also prevent people in wheelchairs gaining access - is that legal in Germany?

Just worth sharing my story... The seating set up is important.
I am an aisle seat with a couple sat middle+window. In front of me is another businessman on his own and two small children middle+window next to him.
He realises the unattended offspring (I'm guessing at 3 & 5) belong to the couple next to me so, once the seat belt sign is off he turns to the parents...
"Do you want to sit here?" He says, smiling.
"No thanks" they reply in unison!
3hr flight to Gibraltar sorting out the drinks, meals, toilet breaks and in-flight entertainment for someone else's kids!
