fair play to the lad, i'm glad he's finally got him self a goal, hopefully he'll get the chance to play regularly.... dont get me wrong, its a piss take what he was sold for, but u cant blame him, he's gotta try and further his career.

fair play, well done bob, and hope u get lots more.

Just watched extended highlights on the box.
Bobster had a 'mare of a first half and was beginning to look very depressed with all things White Hart Lane until he cracked off an awesome shot from about 30 yards out that James palmed over the bar.

He then missed a few other fairly routine chances until finally he was put through on the edge of the box in extra time and hit a low left foot drive inside James' right hand post. I've never seen a player look so relieved to get a goal and he was immediately mobbed by virtually the whole Spurs team.

Did the routine 20 second 'goal scorer' interview at the end of the game ..." chuffed / great bunch of lads / knew it would come / working hard in training / result that counts etc etc etc"
(re-arrange words to suit)

Pleat's interview said that BZ was a happy go lucky lad that needed to take things a bit more seriously.
He said he was learning fast and did well.

Sounds like a headmaster at school ???

If he is that useless we were luck to get £1.5 million for him then, especially as his scoring record in Div 1 was nothing special

You call him useless then you want him back on loan?

Fool.

*Sighs* a tad harsh maybe but thats how you feel when people let you down. The same goes for Adams, Taylor and Coppell. Its obvious I'd have Zamora back tommorrow if I could.

Albion Legend.

I'm with you on that. And even if we did have any good reason to dislike him, isn't there a sell-on clause in the Spurs deal anyway? So shouldn't we hope that he scores 45 goals a season and signs for Real for £80 million in a couple of years?

(I was going to say Chelsea, but I wouldn't wish that on an Albion legend.)

Not harsh at all seeing as you were talking childish pants.

Good luck to him, can't get used to seeing him in that awful white shirt though!
