Away team mascots at Withdean

E-mailed Brighton & Hove Albion, but had no response.

Anyway, does anyone know if away mascots are allowed at the Withdean. Has there been any this season? I'm thinking of going as Donny Dog when we play you on the 15th, for the game in the morning at Waterhall and then the game in the afternoon at the Withdean.

If anyone knows, let me know. If not I'll have to ring and find out later this week.

You mean Donny Dog's not real?

I'm sure I've seen the occasional mascot before. Perhaps you could challenge Gully to a race around the running track. It's like the Olympic Stadium down here, you know.

Ask in "Ask the Club" at the top of the front page, you will then get an answer from the club

I remember Hull brought there's down a couple of seasons back so can't see any problem.

Apropos of nothing, was doing some domain name research today and we picked up an old site from a company that used to specialise in making Mascot outfits in the US.

What a very cool business - so much more interesting than being an accountant.

Are you the official mascot then?

Sort of. But sort of not.

The bloke who did it regularly was a guy called Andy Liney, but he's not been coming to games this season for various reasons. Therefore, its been a case of anyone who basically wants to do it can do. At home games we've had the FITC lads do it, and we've only took the dog away once this season, which is when I did it last Saturday at Carlisle.

P.S your mascot looks really really scary!
